Our neuroscience team has been rated number one in the nation for spinal fusion by CareChex. Our Stroke Center is the first in the U.S. accredited by the Joint Commission for superior care and holds the Gold Seal of Approval.

With all this expertise, CoxHealth is turning its focus on designing the best facilities possible to support delivery of the highest quality of care to the people of our region. CoxHealth will provide expanded state of the art facilities for women, children and the neurosciences, while optimizing existing space occupied by these service lines within Cox South Hospital to give all patients the added benefits of a private room and the healing powers of quiet, individual-centered care.

Statistically, southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas continue to grow and age. If we are to be ready for the needs of our current and expected future populations, we must act now.
