DESCRIPTION:This Event is completed.\nAt the heart of our community lies a shared commitment to the well-being of every member. Today\, we reach out to you with a call to action to support heart health for a stronger\, healthier community. \nDownload Flyer  \nHeart disease continues to be a leading cause of illness; however\, behind every statistic is a loved one. That is why\, this February we are reaching out to you to support our Heroes for Healthy Hearts Campaign. \nHere are two ways you can make a difference for heart health: \n1. Will you do your part and fill our Heart?\nSupport heart disease prevention by purchasing a heart to fill a 6 x 6 foot heart banner that will be displayed at the lobby of the Wheeler Heart and Vascular Center lobby. Each heart is $5. \n2. Support Heart Health with a donation to the Wheeler Heart and Vascular Fund.\nThis fund helps to address daily needs of heart patients at CoxHealth\, including for medications\, rehab and home support. \nEvery donation will remain in our community to support local patients who are medically underserved and to help us build our current cardiology programs to better serve heart patients today and into the future. \nComplete the form below to make your tax-deductible donation today.\nThank you for being a HERO for Healthy Hearts. \n  \n\n
