Here are several ways you can make a difference for heart health:

1. Will you do your part and fill our Heart?
Support heart disease prevention by purchasing a heart to fill a 6 x 6 foot heart banner that will be displayed at the lobby of the Wheeler Heart and Vascular Center lobby. Each heart is $5.

2. Support Heart Health with a donation to the Wheeler Heart and Vascular Fund.
This fund helps to address daily needs of heart patients at CoxHealth, including for medications, rehab and home support.

3. Fill the Heart Sponsor: $5,000

Benefits include:

• Logo on every paper heart sold at various CoxHealth locations, such as Wheeler Heart and Vascular Center, Cox Monett, Cox Barton and Cox Branson hospitals
• Logo on the heart month banner located at the Wheeler Heart and Vascular Center lobby
• Logo on direct mail to 3,000+ homes
• Logo placement on digital billboard ads at four high-traffic locations throughout Springfield, generating up to 309,700 impressions over one month.
• Sponsoring organization will also be featured on various local electronic and print media as well as Cox Connect Daily (reaching 14,000 CoxHealth employees)

4. Educational Series Sponsor: $5,000

Heart Healthy Educational Series This year includes an expanded quarterly educational series promoting heart health. The first event focuses on blood pressure education. The first event: Know Your Pressure: Community outreach is scheduled for February 19th at 7:00pm at Homewood Suites by Hilton Springfield Medical District.

Benefits include:

• Premier logo placement on all event invitations and mailings
• Opportunity for opening remarks recognition
• Option for a branded giveaway to event attendees
• Table opportunity at event
• Sponsoring organization will also be featured on various electronic and print media as well as Cox Connect Daily (reaching 14,000 CoxHealth employees)
• One-year Community Partners Program membership offering advertising of your product or service to 14,000 CoxHealth employees (A value of $1,800)
