The CoxHealth Foundation is excited to announce the first Concierge Service for employees as a part of our Community Partners Program.

Starting October 14th you can begin to schedule your car maintenance with Rick’s Automotive. You will be able to park your car in a north or south parking location and have it back to you before the day’s end, service complete!

To use the service go to www.ricksautomotive.com.

  1. Select SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT from the menu on the left of the website.
  2. Select the day you want to have your car serviced. All appointments must be scheduled a minimum of FOUR days in advance.
  3. In the COMMENT SECTION when scheduling please state the required service and: COX NORTH or COX SOUTH so Rick’s will know which location to find your car.
  4. Wait for your email confirmation of your appointment. PLEASE READ the confirmation to ensure it is not asking you to choose a new date.

These appointments are for routine vehicle maintenance. If you require additional service, please contact Rick’s directly.

On your scheduled day, drop your car at the parking garage location you have indicated. Both North and South garages have TWO parking spots marked RICK’S AUTOMOTIVE Parking ONLY.   Between the parking places is a key drop box. It is clearly marked Cox Concierge Drop Box- Rick’s Automotive.   Pull down the top drawer of the box to find envelopes and pens.  Place your keys in the envelopes provided with your name and contact information for that day on the envelope.  Rick’s staff will retrieve your vehicle, communicate via email or phone with you on the work being done and the cost. All service will need to be paid prior to your car being returned via credit card. Keys will be returned to the Cox Key Box location where you can retrieve your keys with proper identification.

Cox South Concierge–  NEW Outpatient Garage across from the ER- enter, turn right into ER parking side on the Ground Floor.  The second row, the first two spots are marked with Rick’s Automotive Parking Signs.  RETURN Key PICK-UP is in the West Pavilion- Volunteer Information Desk.

Cox North Concierge– Med Towers Garage- enter on the parking lot level and the parking spaces are on the Robberson facing side. Key pick up is in the HR office at Cox North.   At north pick up must occur before the office closing time of 4:30PM
