How many times do we hear someone say, “my little gift of $10 or $25 dollars won’t make a difference.” The reality is, the majority of requests received by the CoxHealth Foundation are $100 or less. All gifts received add up and have an impact. Melissa Bryan needed a scooter to elevate her foot while walking. In fear of losing the foot, Melissa needed to follow all instructions for her care and the scooter was a big part of her recovery. On top of that, she needed a blood pressure cuff to help monitor her condition. The CoxHealth Foundation was able to meet both these needs so Melissa could care for herself at home and make progress towards walking again.
