Meet Our Champions – Food For A Woman’s Heart Posted February 18, 2015
Food For A Woman’s Heart luncheon is far more than a meal and social time. It is a focus on women and the heart disease that continues to take too many lives each year. Women focus on their family, their job and taking care of everyone else before themselves. This event works to put the focus back on this disease, ways they can prevent it and live healthier lives. Here are three profiles of our Champions of this cause. The event is February 26th at Touch Restaurant beginning at 10:30 AM.

Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks grant to help implement TPOPP Posted November 21, 2014
Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks recently awarded CoxHealth Foundation a $99,500 grant that will help health care providers implement Transportable Physician Orders for Patient Preferences (TPOPP). TPOPP allows patients with serious illnesses to define their end-of-life care wishes and have those wishes written as a physician’s order that travels with the patient across the continuum of care.
